"I initially hired Owain to help me in building some muscle and to improve my overall level of fitness. I have definitely achieved this and more. I have also learned loads of new exercises which I now use out of the training sessions with Owain. Owain has also tweaked some of the techniques in exercises I used before starting with him and as a result I now get more out of my sessions. Owain also kept things fresh throughout the training package through the use of DTP style training. This stopped me from getting complacent and always made sessions interesting/a good laugh. After training with Owain, my strength and fitness has increased.
